Episode on living while black in Milwaukee

No Studios is partnering with The Milwaukee Urban League Young Professionals to bring a viewing of the June 9th episode of United Shades of America, which features several stories of living while black in Milwaukee. The story follows Milwaukee community leader Reggie Jackson, the killing of Dontre Hamilton, the Sterling Brown incident, NY-based writer Syretta McFadden, Maria Hamilton, and Lisa and John Ridley of No Studios.

Episode airs at 9:00pm. Doors open at 8:00 pm. Reggie Jackson will guide a discussion following the event.
